Boys basketball team holds their 5th place trophy on the court in Spokane Arena

The 2B State Tournament in Spokane came to a conclusion on Saturday, March 2nd, and the boys basketball team came away with the 5th place trophy! A quarterfinal win on Thursday sent them into the final four. The semifinal match-ups were the Tigers vs Colfax and Columbia (Burbank) vs Lake Roosevelt. All four teams had a compiled record of 99-1, with the one loss being Lake Roosevelt falling to Burbank before the playoffs started. After the Tigers unfortunate loss to Colfax, this set up a 3rd/5th place trophy game with Lake Roosevelt. Congratulations to our boys on an outstanding season that included playing a game at the Moda Center, the programs first 2000 point scorer, a league championship, district championship and finishing the season at the Spokane arena to earn a state trophy!
